I would like to introduce myself and share my story.  My name is Kristina and I live in a small town in Northern California with my husband and two children.  Both my husband and I grew up here in beautiful Scott Valley. After high school we moved away and started our lives and our family; however, our hearts were back in Scott Valley and we knew we wanted to raise our children in our very own home town.  So, we moved back, bought a ranch and expanded the family business; StarWalker Organic Farms.  Farming was always my husband's passion and my love /career was always dance.  Believing a passion is meant to be pursued, I opened a dance studio in Fort Jones and created a dance community that has flourished  over the years.  The dance studio is located on Main Street in Fort Jones in one of the beautiful historic buildings downtown. Our lives were busy with farming, dancing, competitions, kids sports, traveling and running two businesses.  Then 2020 happened!  Changes were happening for everyone. Covid made us re-think, re-adjust, and pivot our direction.  With the dance studio temporarily closed I started taking on the  marketing needs for the farm. We launched our online storefront platform and started selling our beef & pork directly to consumers.  Our business has grown rapidly and I have enjoyed my new passion for farm life beyond my expectations through expanding our business and creating our online direct to consumer marketing.  Now, I have decided to transform our cute little lobby area of the studio into "The Studio, Shop on Main!"  Our Shop will be introducing "The Farm Life and Country Living Collection" including StarWalker Organic Farms products, gifts, home decor, kitchen items, goodies and more.  Locals can come in, shop and customers near and far are welcome to shop online.  We will ship everywhere in the United States.  Thank you for taking the time to hear my story.  I invite you to take a look at our items and  share your feedback.
